At desiKONCEPT, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our food products, we follow a strict no-return policy except in specific cases.
Returns
We do not accept returns on food products once they have been delivered, to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds / Replacements
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

A replacement product, or

A full/partial refund, depending on the situation
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
